We offer shipping across India for all prepaid orders at a nominal convenience fee which will be added during checkout depending upon your location.


All orders are shipped within 1-3 working days of placing the order, and it typically takes another 4 to10 working days for the order to reach you based on your location. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with the courier and tracking details so that you can track your order online.

The user will also be provided with an approximate date of delivery of the purchased Product(s) on the order confirmation page. The approximate date of delivery is merely an approximation based on the reputation of the third party Logistic Partner. We shall not be liable for delay in delivery by third party Logistic Partners.

Will all the items in my order be shipped in the same package?

Not necessarily. A single order may be shipped as multiple packages to ensure that your product(s) arrive safely and securely.

What if I receive a damaged/ incorrect product?

We are committed to ensuring that your products reach you safely and securely. However, in the rare event that you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please raise a Replacement or Exchange Request within 24 hours of receipt of the order, by sending us an email on and we will set things right. Please mention your Order ID when you reach out to us. In rare cases, when the Replacement is not possible from our end, we will offer a Return to the customer with Full Refund.

Can I return a product if I do not like it?

We have a strict No Returns Policy.

What is the process to Return/Exchange/Replace a product?

Send a mail at requesting Return/Exchange/Replace of the product along with the Order ID, Address and Reason for Return/Exchange/Replace.

We will then arrange a Reverse Pickup from our end or you can dispatch the product to the Store Address shared with you. Once the return is approved, then your refund will be processed.

Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, barcodes, labels, user manual, warranty card and invoices etc.

It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no further damage of products during transit.

The returned Products are subject to verification and checks by LAMP CRAFTS in order to determine the legitimacy of the return.

What about the refundable amount?

If the claim is legitimate, a credit will automatically be applied to your Bank Account.

How long will it take to process my return?

It usually takes 20-25 working days for you to receive a replacement product or a refund.

Do you ship internationally?

No, unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this point, but are working hard to bring this service to you soon.

Can I cancel an order?

You can cancel an order until the time the product has been shipped, not after. If you have an account with us, please cancel the order from your 'My Orders' Page, else, drop us an email at
